Hiring: Sales, Security, Management
In order to provide a safe event for our staff, Troys Toyz seeks independent security staff to monitor public and private events. You will observe sales staff and management, only interacting if a situation arises. After the event, you will oversee the manager check-out sales staff and pack up materials. Upon safe departure of the manager, you will receive payment via a percentage of total event sales, averaging over $30/hour, sometimes more!
Troys Toyz is hiring freelance and gig workers to sell novelty and packaged beverages at public and private events. To perform this gig, you will need to safely navigate a sales cart on multiple surfaces, including uneven or wet grass or pavement. You will reap the rewards of your labor by receiving up to 20% sales via 1099 income! During peak times, you can earn $100 per hour, and the most efficient earn more! Each shift is 2-4 hours with all of your time focused on selling our fun products to fun people at fun events! How can you go wrong? Troys Toyz promotes from within whenever possible, but we are open to receiving your Site Manager application. Site Managers are W2 employees working 4-25 hours per week. Site Managers pick up the site package from the shop and set-up our operation at the event site. You are the company’s point of contact onsite and will train and oversee sales staff. At the end of the event, you check in all staff and return to shop. Commission paid on site sales
